Soccabet is one of two books here that started in Ghana rather than arriving, and the launch is documented to a date and a venue with the Commission’s president present. Its terms are the most interesting thing about it. A full sweep of a very long document found no arbitrage clause, no matched-betting clause, no multiple-account clause and no power to close an account for winning, which is unusual against the international books in this set and is a stronger signal than any promise on a promotions page. What it does not publish is its own welcome offer: the promotion is named on its own menu and the page behind that name is missing, so every figure attached to it here comes from elsewhere and none of the terms could be read.
What this sheet could not establish. Its casino lobby could not be counted. The grid loads in pieces as a visitor scrolls and no total is stated anywhere on the site, so the count stays empty rather than being estimated from what happened to render.
