What this site is
West Africa Casinos publishes information about bookmakers licensed by the Gaming Commission of Ghana. It puts the same 18 questions to each of the thirteen on the register and groups them by how many they leave unanswered. It is a description of what those companies publish about themselves.
What it is not
It is not advice, financial or otherwise, and nothing on it is a recommendation to bet with anybody. A band is a count of disclosures and carries no opinion about whether a bookmaker is good, safe or likely to pay. Nothing here has been tested: nobody at this desk has opened an account, deposited, withdrawn or timed a payout at any operator described.
Accuracy and staleness
Everything here is computed from a fact base assembled at a point in time and stated as accurately as the sources allow. Operators change their terms, their cashiers, their offers and their licences without notice, and several of the sites described cannot be opened from outside Ghana at all. Check any figure against the operator’s own current pages before you rely on it, and treat this site as a pointer to where to look rather than as a substitute for looking.
Commercial arrangements
Some links to bookmakers pay a commission if somebody opens an account. This is disclosed on every page carrying one, above the first such link. It does not affect any band, because a band is a computed count with no field a payment could reach.
Age and jurisdiction
You must be 18 or over to bet in Ghana. Betting can be addictive. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. Licensed operators are listed by the Gaming Commission of Ghana.
This site is written for readers in Ghana and describes the law of Ghana. It says nothing about the rules anywhere else, and gambling law varies enormously between countries.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We accept no liability for losses arising from betting, from acting on anything published here, or from information that has gone out of date. Your dealings with any bookmaker are between you and that bookmaker under its own terms.
Complaints about an operator
We cannot resolve a dispute with a bookmaker and we hold no complaints file. Take it to the operator first, in writing, and then to the Gaming Commission of Ghana, which regulates them.
